Not too old of a post, but not too new as far as the daily blog reads go.

I make awesome pancake batter–children crave and whine for it, diabetics willingly go into shock for them, and soccer moms mail bomb me inquiring about the recipe–but there’s only one problem, I totally suck at the pour-bake-turn over thing. I usually don’t care what they look like–hey, they all taste the same way– but I’ve made the best Rorschach inkblot breakfast plates ever.
I want this for my home. My friends and I would do brunch a whole lot more often. The patented ChefStack machine cooks hot, fresh pancakes in a matter of seconds. From an all-natural batter, 97% fat free pancakes emerge at a rate of up to 200 per hour!!
